Xinyi Taiji (Heart and Mind Taiji) is an Eastern movement art that integrates meditation, mindful movement, choreography, and partner training into one system of practice.

This practice begins with gentle postures and simple mindful movements that anyone can enjoy learning and progresses gradually over time to graceful and dynamic choreography.
